RETURN POLICY

You have 7 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you'd like to make a return or exchange, visit our store with a valid receipt and tags attached.

Merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned without a valid receipt.

We will refund items within 30 days of purchase date provided they are in resellable condition, have not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.

• Items marked 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged. 

• Some items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes hosiery, underwear (excluding bras), swimwear without the hygenic seal (excluding bikini tops), opened cosmetics, earrings, face masks and items marked 'Final sale'.

• Items purchased with a discount code or during a sitewide promotion are not considered final sale unless they are marked 'Final Sale'. These items are subject to the same return policy as full-priced items.

Your refund will be issued in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to process.
